SOFTWARE
We use innovative software such as Ansys, Ceasar II, Sant’Ambrogio, which allows us to minimize risks while ensuring maximum precision and efficiency.
Ansys Mechanical
- Solve complex problems of elastic and structural analysis
- Perform local checks on pipes and flanges of devices connected to the piping
- Conduct checks on metal structures, starting from the classic pipe-rack
- Design our most stressed and complex expansion compensators
It’s a dynamic tool that has a complete range of analysis tools. Its numerous fields of application make it one of the most sought-after analysis methods on the market.
Caesar II
Caesar II is a program used to analyze the flexibility and stresses due to temperature and pressure within a piping system. It allows for the creation of a piping routing model and defining various loading conditions.
Once the modeling is completed with the input (temperature, pressure, seismic gravity acceleration, passing fluid, etc.) inserted, the software produces results such as displacements, loads, and stresses at every node of the system. Subsequently, it is possible to compare the results produced by the software with the limits dictated by the main applicable standards to ensure the designed piping is suitable for operation.
Caesar II is therefore used for the mechanical design of new piping systems or for the redesign of existing systems where problems have been encountered over time due to high expansions, pressure, seismic activity, and material deterioration.
CAESAR II FEATURES:
- Creation of an intuitive analysis model
- Complete control for error identification
- Static and dynamic analysis
- Analysis of occasional phenomena such as wind, seismic events, blast
- Comparison of results with limits of main standards
APPLICATION AREAS OF CAESAR II:
- Industrial plant engineering
- Piping
- Chemical and petrochemical
- Food and beverage piping
- Water treatment
- Shipbuilding
- Carpentry and structures
Sant’Ambrogio
Sant’Ambrogio NextGen is a mechanical calculation program used for designing pressure equipment according to the main current standards:
– ASME VIII Div.1
– ASME VIII Div.2
– EN13445
– EJMA.
The sizing and verification of our bellows are carried out through this software, where, by entering the design conditions, materials, and geometries of the bellows, it is possible to obtain the desired solution based on our clients’ needs, also indicating a ‘cyclic life’ of the bellows.”
