STRESS ANALISYS
Through effective stress analysis activity, we prevent pipeline failures and analyze the flexibility of the designed pipe routing (routing), in order to keep the stresses below the permissible limits dictated by the reference calculation codes and current regulations.
Furthermore, the pipelines are analyzed in order to optimize their response to seismic action, followed by verification according to the NTC regulations
F.E.M. ANALYSIS
The finite element analysis, conducted with advanced calculation software such as Ansys, allows us to perform local checks on the pipelines and to solve complex problems of elastic and structural analysis. The versatility and flexibility of this tool make it applicable in many fields, making it one of the most sought-after analysis methods on the market.
ON SITE SUPPORT
We regularly provide on-site assistance by conducting inspections to verify the spatial requirements, optimize the routing of the pipelines, identify any irregularities in the assemblies, and assist the client up to the commissioning of the plant.
3D PLANT MODELING
Through three-dimensional modeling of plants carried out with advanced software such as, among others, Inventor and Esain, we are able to achieve numerous advantages:
– Evaluate in real time the spatial requirements and available spaces
– Optimize the routing of the pipelines
– Avoid interferences
DRAWINGS FOR PIPING AND SUPPORTS
We create our construction drawings using software such as Inventor, Autocad, and Esain, which provide the best interface with our clients’ engineering activities and tools.
The construction drawing, derived from three-dimensional modeling, facilitates better interaction between design, production, and installation..
DRAWINGS AND STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
